Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all IT systems, hardware, software, and networks.
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
- Oversee ERP, Hospital Management System (HMS), HRMS, and other software applications.
- Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and network availability.
