List of Activities
- Analyze, design, develop, test and implement new or changed Human Capital business processes, considering the existing environment and process landscape.
- Responsible for resolution of tickets (incidents, standard & complex service requests) within agreed SLAs.
- Responsible for delivering standard process solutions and adaptions based on user requirements.
- Close collaboration with team members, Global IT & Digitalization as well as internal customers.
- Support key user and user on daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with existing processes, promote continuous process improvement.
- Responsible for global team/user empowerment with trainings, standard documentation etc.

Professional Expertise
- Relevant 3+ years of professional experience in Human Capital related software (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone or Workday)
- Proficient in configuration & customization, managing change requests etc.
- Basic knowledge of Human Capital processes and operations
- Preferably completed a technical or IT related education
- Experience in SAP HCM is an advantage
- Testing and debugging skills are an added advantage
- Understanding of databases, data migration and interfaces is an advantage
- Knowledge and experience of working in an Agile framework
