We are hiring experienced Tele-Partner Account Managers (TPAMs) to manage IT hardware end to end sales for the India market. Based onsite at our clients Bengaluru office, this role involves complete ownership of the end-to-end sales cyclefrom first call to final deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Telesales
- Handle full sales cycle over calls and digital platformsrequirement gathering, solution pitching, quoting, negotiating, closing, and follow-up.
- Sell IT hardware products like laptops, desktops, workstations, accessories, and servers to B2B customers.
Account Ownership
- Manage assigned accounts with regular follow-ups and relationship nurturing.
- Ensure timely responses, deal progression, and a great customer experience.
Sales Targets & Pipeline Management
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline through active customer engagement.
- Handle escalations, quotations, and order coordination efficiently.
CRM & Reporting
- Accurately document customer interactions, opportunity stages, and sales outcomes in the CRM.

Experience Required
Desired Candidates Must Have Excellent Communication Skills ( ENGLISH + HINDI Both )
- Total 4+ years of End to End Tele sales /inside sales experience
- Minimum 2 years in IT hardware sales (B2B preferred)
Skills Needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi Both
- Ability to independently manage the entire sales process
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
- Strong understanding of IT hardware/infrastructure products
Education
- Graduate or Postgraduate (preferred background: Business, IT, Commerce)
