Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our technical team as IT Hardware Interns. This internship provides hands-on experience in computer hardware, system installation, troubleshooting, and IT asset management within a corporate environment.

As an IT Hardware Intern, you will assist our IT infrastructure team in maintaining hardware systems, supporting end-users, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Support the IT team in hardware troubleshooting and system upgrades.
  • Help with network setup and basic connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and assist in hardware documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements when required.
  • Provide technical support to internal users on hardware-related issues.
  • Ensure timely escalation and resolution of system or device problems.
  • Support team members during system rollouts, updates, and hardware testing.

Required Skills


  • Basic understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and basic software installation.
  • Good knowledge of network devices (routers, switches, LAN setup) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced IT environment.

Educational Qualification


  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields.
  • Final-year students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
