Job Description

Lead ContiTech IT Supply Chain Mobile Technologies (MT) team, steer projects for innovation, improvements, development and standardizations of supply chain related technical mobile solutions for our business/locations worldwide.

Responsible to design and execute proof of concepts and pilots for processes with new technologies mainly in Supply Chain Area in coordination with SCM IT, and support implementations with other ERP CCs.

Assurance of documentation and training requirements for the respective new implemented processes and technologies

Qualifications

Academic degree (computer scientist, Industrial, Manufacturing, etc..) or comparable experience through several years of practical work

Variety of knowledge of business process mapping and process flow improvement.

Min. 10 Years experience translating business requirement into solutions, process design and IT consulting with new technologies, ability to develop Business and IT/SAP strategies and concepts

Ability to provide IT expertise to the application areas or to visualize requirements from IT concepts, including ABAP

Project management experience, dealing with complex, legal or sustainability requirements within challenging timelines or scenarios

Min 5 Years practical experience in the management of staff (personnel management, development and coaching, feedback, problem solving, etc.)

German Language (B2+)

Proven experience in implementing IT technical projects and in interacting with Senior Management

Background leading global teams, and with ability to communicate effectively with teams of diverse with cultural background, respectful and proactive managing team's strengths and synergies
