IT Expert For MS Exchange mail

Your Tasks

• Ensure the smooth operation of global internal Communication & Collaboration IT services, with a focus on E-Mail service
• Manage and maintain global communication and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Exchange and peripheral systems
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches according to ITIL standards
• Document features and changes for administrators and end users through manuals and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Provide second- and third-level support to end-users for communication and collaboration tools
• Align with other IT teams to integrate communication tools with other systems
• Collaborate as part of a global IT Communication & Collaboration service team

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2–4 years of proven experience in application operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange (on-premises), including related services such as Mail Archive, Active Directory, and Load Balancing
• Deep knowledge of PowerShell scripting is required
• In-depth skills related to the application lifecycle, including security and maintenance procedures for Microsoft Applications and the M365 environment
• Proven experience with service management tools like ServiceNow
• Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified, ITIL Certified)
• Strong global communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• High motivation to expand personal know-how and independently drive tasks
