About The Opportunity

Healthcare Outpatient clinic and diagnostic services sector. We operate patient-facing clinics that rely on stable, secure on-site IT to run EMR workflows, appointment systems, diagnostic devices, and administrative operations.

We are hiring an on-site IT Support Executive to manage infrastructure, keep clinical systems available, and deliver fast, professional support to clinicians and front-desk staff.

Role: IT Support Executive (Primary title: IT Support Executive)

Location: Haridwar-India | Workplace: On-site

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot on-premise IT infrastructure: desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, network switches, and WiFi to ensure continuous clinical operations.
  • Administer Windows servers and Active Directory accounts, implement group policies, manage user provisioning/deprovisioning and permissions for clinical staff.
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 services, email accounts, shared mailboxes, OneDrive and basic Exchange issues.
  • Monitor and manage network devices and security: firewall rules, VPNs, LAN/WAN issues, and endpoint protection/EDR to protect patient data and maintain uptime.
  • Perform backups, restore tasks and basic virtualization tasks (VM snapshots, VM provisioning) and coordinate with vendors for advanced server or backup incidents.
  • Provide timely on-site user support, maintain IT asset inventory, document SOPs, and coordinate third-party vendors for hardware maintenance and clinical device integrations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven on-site IT support experience in healthcare, clinical, or SMB environments; ability to work flexible hours where required.
  • Strong documentation, vendor-management capability and adherence to data privacy practices (HIPAA/GDPR awareness advantageous).
