• Experience in providing complete hardware support - assembling of PCs, hardware troubleshooting etc.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting of computer problems
• Maintenance of PC Desktop Systems
• Track and manage inventory of IT assets (laptops, peripherals etc.)
• Installation of PC s, Network printers over the Local Area Network
• Installation and Configuration of Office365 client software s
• Training for new hires, as well as offboarding for retrieving equipment
• Resolve Day to Day Desktop Calls
• Provide technical support to users, and maintaining workstation
• Cab Facility within Hiring Zones
