Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in creating and managing user accounts in email systems such as Google Workspace
- Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Help in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software
- Support network setup and maintenance including WiFi access points, switches, and firewall systems
- Monitor IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees by setting up email accounts and provisioning access
- Maintain IT inventory and asset records
- Help in managing data backup and security procedures
- Support the IT team in resolving technical issues reported by users
- Assist in documenting IT processes and system configurations
