Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to staff for hardware and software issues.
- Install and update operating systems and required software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer and network problems.
- Maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Ensure antivirus updates, data backup, and basic IT security.
- Maintain records of IT assets and systems.
- Assist staff with day-to-day technical issues.
- Diagnose and repair both hardware and software problems.
