Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Experience : 4 to 7 Year
Salary: up to 7 LPA
Menu Management:
Create, update, and maintain product menus on POS systems, aggregators, Airports, etc
Manage pricing, combo, offers, add-ons, modifiers, and categorization in master data.
Coordinate with cross functional teams for menu rollout and changes.
Ensure timely and error-free deployment of menus across all stores and platforms.
Perform checker activity after go-live of menu updates.
Manage Atlas/Urbanpiper for user creation & rights assignments
Store POS Support:
Provide first-level support to stores for POS-related issues (pricing, billing, receipt printing, menu not visible, etc.).
Coordinate with IT/POS vendors for escalation and resolution of system-level issues.
Monitor POS health, sync issues, and ensure data replication to HO systems.
Train new store staff on POS usage and menu operations.
Create/Maintain menu of POS configurations, menu logs, and support tickets.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Hands-on experience with POS systems (e.g., LS Retail, Petpooja, UrbanPiper, etc.).
Understanding of restaurant/store operations and menu structures.
Hands-on experience on Excel.
Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deployment timelines.
