We are seeking a forward-thinking Python Developer with a specialized focus on Excel automation, Machine Learning (ML), and Agentic AI to join our dynamic team with 3-5 Years of overall experience. This role is designed for a developer who doesn't just automate tasks but builds intelligent, autonomous systems that transform how our business handles data.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between traditional scripting and modern AI, developing solutions that can reason, adapt, and process complex information within our Excel-based workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Intelligent Automation: Develop and maintain Python-based solutions to automate complex Excel workflows using libraries like pandas, openpyxl, and xlsxwriter.
- LLM Integration: Implement Generative AI models to extract insights, summarize spreadsheets, and generate natural language reports directly from raw data.
- Machine Learning Development: Design and integrate ML models (scikit-learn, XGBoost etc) to perform predictive analytics and pattern recognition within business datasets.
- Agentic System Design: Build and deploy AI Agents (using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen etc) capable of executing multi-step data analysis and decision-making tasks autonomously.
Key Competencies:
- Proven experience in Python programming with a focus on Excel automation.
- Strong understanding of Excel functionalities and Jupyter Notebook.
- Proficiency in using libraries such as pandas, numpy,openpyxl,gspread,smtplib,matplotlib,seaborn,pydrive,requests,pypdf2,psycopg2
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using Python.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4+ Years of Experience with other automation tools and technologies.
- Hands on Knowledge with SQL and database management.
- Knowledge of web scraping and data extraction techniques.
