IT Enterprise Sales Hunter – India

We're hiring a high-impact Enterprise Sales Hunter to drive net-new business across large and strategic accounts in India. You will own the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting to close — targeting CXOs and senior decision-makers across industries. This is a pure new-logo role built for someone who thrives on the hunt.
What you'll do
- Own new logo acquisition for enterprise accounts across the India region
- Identify, prospect, and qualify enterprise customers through strategic outbound
- Drive the full sales lifecycle: discovery → solutioning → proposal → negotiation → close
- Build executive relationships with CXOs, CIOs, and CISOs
- Develop account acquisition strategies aligned to target industries
- Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery to craft winning proposals
- Manage a healthy pipeline in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM)
- Consistently meet and exceed new business revenue targets
- Represent the company at enterprise meetings, events, and industry forums
What you bring
- 5–10 years of IT/technology enterprise sales experience with a proven hunter track record
- Demonstrated success in net-new account acquisition and closing high-value deals
- Experience selling IT Services, Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, Application Modernization, or Managed Services
- Ability to engage and close C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Strong consultative selling, storytelling, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable owning quarterly and annual revenue targets
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business; MBA preferred
