As an IT Engineer, you'll be part of our global IT team managing the entire IT ecosystem across 9 offices worldwide. You'll focus on automating, optimizing, and maintaining our Microsoft 365 environment while providing direct support to colleagues and implementing new solutions within our cloud-first IT landscape.
What you'll do
- Resolve internal IT issues and collaborate with multi-functional teams.
- Provide feedback to improve product quality and reliability.
- Document incidents and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Design, plan, and execute changes in the IT environment.
- Maintain administration for an ISO27001-compliant environment.
- Drive automation of recurring IT activities.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT or a related field.
- 36 years of experience in complex Microsoft environments.
- Strong skills in task automation, ideally using PowerShell.
- Hands-on expertise in implementing and managing Microsoft 365 environments, including applications and collaboration platforms
- such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Azure AD, and Azure services for workplace solutions (e.g., Intune MDM, Microsoft Defender suite).
- Solid understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, Ubiquiti, FortiGate, Azure networking, etc..).
- Familiarity or knowledge of the ServiceNow platform is a big plus.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and ITIL principles.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team
