Job Overview
Under broad guidance provides technical assistance and hands on-participation to maintain, troubleshoot and manage enterprise applications.
Essential Functions
- Monitors the health, operating efficiency and scalability of production, testing, and development environments across multiple clients.
- Installs, maintains, and upgrades of internal and external computer hardware and software systems used for designing, developing and deploying company products.
- May work with Infrastructure Services, Engineering Implementation Services and support teams to provision and setup environments.
- Proposes and implements system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.
- Trains personnel on system usage.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Pref
- 2 years of related experience
