About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will independently lead the development of end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI) and Power Platform solutions that support strategic decision-making across the organization. Acting as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable data models, enterprise dashboards, and automated digital workflows. Your expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate will be essential in designing robust, high-performance data solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems such as SAP and other operational platforms.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence business outcomes through data-driven insights and automation strategies. You will play a consultative role, analyzing trends, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and delivering actionable insights to support operational and tactical decisions. Additionally, you will contribute to automation initiatives by streamlining manual processes through innovative Power Platform applications, thereby enhancing efficiency and accuracy across departments.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Data Science, Information Technology, or Computer Science. Candidates should have between 1 to 6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, or Power Platform development. Demonstrated expertise in Power BI—including advanced DAX calculations and data modeling—is essential. Experience in developing Power Apps solutions and architecting Power Automate workflows is required, along with proficiency in integrating enterprise systems like SAP. Strong SQL skills are necessary to manage and optimize large datasets effectively.
Experience leading small to medium-sized analytics projects, along with excellent stakeholder management skills, will be highly valued. The candidate should demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset, high ownership, and the ability to influence decision-making processes. Flexibility to work across different time zones and excellent communication skills for storytelling and presenting insights are also important.
Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder requirement gathering sessions to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop optimized data models, including star schema structures, and perform performance tuning to ensure efficient data retrieval.
- Create advanced DAX measures and complex calculations to support comprehensive analytics and reporting.
- Build enterprise-level dashboards adhering to governance standards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Design and develop scalable Power Apps solutions, including both Canvas and Model-driven applications, to meet business needs.
- Architect and implement complex Power Automate workflows involving conditional logic, integrations, and approval processes.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SAP and other enterprise systems to facilitate seamless data flow and automation.
- Design dataflows and ETL pipelines to optimize data ingestion and transformation processes.
- Ensure data quality, validation, and governance compliance across all solutions.
- Standardize reporting structures and define KPIs to support consistent and meaningful analysis.
- Mentor and support Data Analyst I team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Conduct solution reviews and code validation to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
