IT Development and Service Manager (1 Year Contract)

A leading international financial services organisation is seeking a hands-on Power Platform Developer to modernise business applications, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency across the region.

Responsibilities

You will redevelop and replace Excel and Access-based tools with scalable solutions using technologies such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL Server, VBA, and Python. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will design, build, test, deploy, and support business applications, automated workflows, and reporting solutions while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. In addition, you will support service delivery activities including change management, governance, vendor coordination, audit support, and stakeholder engagement across regional and global teams.

Requirements

You bring experience in application development, automation, business systems support, or technology delivery within financial services or another regulated environment. You possess hands-on experience with technologies such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL Server, VBA, Python, or similar tools, and have a proven track record of improving or replacing manual processes with secure and supportable solutions. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, while familiarity with ITIL, change management, incident management, technology governance, Microsoft 365, or cloud-based environments would be advantageous.
