We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with pharma industry experience to manage IT support in a compliance-driven environment. The candidate should have strong technical skills along with knowledge of pharma regulations.
Administration of manufacturing equipment & computerized systems
User management: ID creation, modification & deactivation
Manage data backup, restoration & archival processes
Periodic review & verification of system access and privileges
Prepare and maintain active user list for manufacturing systems
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) of systems & equipment
Ensure periodic time synchronization of systems
Basic troubleshooting of computer systems & equipment
Ensure compliance with pharma guidelines (GMP, cGMP, ALCOA+, Data Integrity)
Handle QMS activities: Change Control, CAPA, Deviation & Incident management
Support computerized system validation activities
Work with manufacturing systems like HMI, PLC, SCADA & IPC
User Management
Desktop Support & End-User Handling
Pharma Compliance (GMP, GAMP, ALCOA)
Backup & Restore knowledge
Good communication & problem-solving skills
