Title: IT Desktop Support Engineer (macOS , Active Directory, SSO, Microsoft 365, Intune, Jamf)
Location: Suntec Tower Two, Singapore 38989
Duration: 6 Months Contract
We need an onsite support engineer based in Singapore to provide hands-on IT support, handle day-to-day troubleshooting, and assist with hardware and software issues at the local office and Remote users. This role will be critical in ensuring smooth IT operations and timely support for end users in the APAC region.
• Basic knowledge of macOS
• Basic understanding of Okta and other cloud-based Active Directory solutions
• Experience in asset management
• Experience providing remote support across multiple countries and regions
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Jamf
• Experience coordinating with vendors for hardware-related issues and courier services
