Role: IT Delivery Manager
Experience: 5 Years and Above
We are seeking a highly skilled
IT Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of ERP and custom IT projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing product/solution implementation cycles, cross-functional coordination, client engagement, and delivery governance. Hands-on exposure to
ERP platforms is mandatory, while experience with
Zoho or Odoo is an added advantage.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 510 years of experience in IT project delivery, preferably in ERP or enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of requirement gathering, UAT, integrations, cloud deployments, and post-implementation support.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong planning, reporting, and risk management capabilities.
Good to Have
- Exposure to Zoho (CRM, Books, Creator, Inventory, People, Projects) or Odoo (Sales, Finance, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Experience with API integrations, automation workflows, and plugin-based customizations.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies with relevant certifications (optional).
