IT Delivery Manager - Java & Angular

About the job

We are looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, Agile delivery, and large-scale application management, preferably within the Insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Insurance applications across underwriting, policy administration, claims, and customer portals.
• Manage Agile teams, sprint planning, releases, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive engineering practices across Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, REST APIs, Kafka, and databases.
• Collaborate with Business, PMO, QA, DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
• Ensure production stability, security, compliance, and high-quality releases.
• Oversee CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native delivery.

Required Skills

• 15–25 years of IT experience with 3–5+ years in Delivery/Engineering Management.
• Strong experience in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices.
• Hands-on knowledge of Angular 14+, TypeScript, REST APIs, Kafka.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, API Security, OWASP, and Agile/Scrum.
• Life Insurance domain experience is preferred.
• Exposure to AWS/Azure is an added advantage.
• B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent.
