About the Job

We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager with a strong background in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing end-to-end IT delivery and building strong partnerships with business and technology stakeholders.

Skill Requirements:

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 8 years of hands-on IT Program/Project Management experience.
• Good experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain..
• Experience with Managed Services Projects.
• Must possess strong documentation skills and can work with rapid change and fast pace.
• Proven ability to influence and/or lead high performing/geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills to manage complex process and technology issues.
• Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in Creating PPT slides as part of presales and presenting to customer.
• Excellent desktop software skills – MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, etc
• Generative AI Tools for Productivity, AI in Project & Delivery Management.
• Good knowledge in Java, Spring Boot, J2EE and hands on is highly recommended.
