• Collaborate with development teams to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plans
• Analyze test results identify defects and work closely with developers for resolution
• Continuously enhance testing frameworks and processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure testability and quality standards
