Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end testing for SWIFT payments solutions covering functional integration regression and user acceptance testing across multiple payment flows
• Design comprehensive test strategies test plans and test cases for SWIFT payment messages e
• g
• MT MX formats aligned with business and compliance requirements
• Coordinate and oversee test execution cycles ensuring timely defect identification triage and closure in collaboration with development and business teams
• Validate payment processing routing and settlement logic across upstream and downstream systems ensuring accuracy security and resilience
• Review and optimize test coverage for core SWIFT payment scenarios edge cases and negative testing to minimize production defects
• Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to understand requirements refine acceptance criteria and ensure traceability from requirements to test cases
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior testers guiding them on SWIFT payments domain testing best practices and quality standards
• Contribute to or oversee test data strategy for SWIFT payments including creation masking and maintenance of realistic test datasets
• Prepare clear test reports metrics and dashboards for stakeholders highlighting risks quality trends and go no go recommendations
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes tools and standards within the payments domain aligning with organizational quality goals
