Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities Configure and support SAP SD module including: Sales Order Management Pricing & Billing Shipping & Delivery Credit Management Handle end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Work closely with ABAP team for custom developments (RICEF objects). Perform system configuration: pricing procedures, output determination, partner determination. Manage integrations with: MM (Materials Management) FI (Finance) WM/EWM (Warehouse) Support SAP S/4HANA migration/implementation projects. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT. Provide production support and resolve issues within SLAs. Prepare functional documentation and user training materials. Participate in rollouts, enhancements, and upgrades. Required Skills & Expertise Core SAP SD Skills Strong knowledge of: Sales Order Processing Pricing & Condition Techniques Billing & Invoicing Delivery and Shipping processes Returns & Credit/Debit Memo processing Configuration Expertise Pricing procedures (Condition tables, access sequences) Output determination Partner determination Account determination Integration Knowledge SD with FI (billing, account determination) SD with MM (availability check, shipping) SD with WM/EWM Documentation Functional specifications (FS) Test scripts and training documents

Additional Responsibilities:

Preferred Skills Experience in SAP S/4HANA SD Knowledge of Fiori apps for SD Basic debugging knowledge in ABAP Exposure to IDocs / EDI / Interfaces Experience with Credit Management (FSCM)
