Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design development and maintenance of robust Playwright based test automation frameworks for web applications
• Define and implement end to end automation strategies covering functional regression smoke and sanity testing
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate automated tests into CI CD pipelines and ensure fast reliable feedback loops
• Review test design test data strategy and automation code to ensure scalability maintainability and adherence to best practices
• Mentor and guide junior and mid level QA automation engineers in Playwright automation concepts and coding standards
• Analyze test results identify root causes of failures and drive timely resolution in partnership with development teams
• Establish quality metrics dashboards and reporting mechanisms to communicate test coverage and product quality to stakeholders
• Drive shift left testing by influencing requirements design discussions and acceptance criteria for better testability
• Evaluate and introduce tools libraries and practices that improve automation efficiency and reliability
• Ensure adherence to coding security and performance guidelines within the automation suite
