Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design development and maintenance of end to end web applications using
• NET full stack technologies and React for the front end
• Translate business requirements into scalable secure and maintainable technical solutions ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices
• Develop RESTful APIs services and backend components using
• NET ensuring high performance reliability and proper error handling
• Build responsive intuitive and reusable UI components in React integrating them seamlessly with backend services
• Review code provide constructive feedback and enforce coding standards design patterns and best practices across the team
• Mentor and guide junior and mid level developers supporting them in problem solving design decisions and career growth
• Collaborate with QA DevOps product owners and business analysts to ensure high quality releases and smooth delivery cycles
• Participate in sprint planning estimations and technical grooming providing accurate effort estimates and identifying risks early
• Troubleshoot complex production issues perform root cause analysis and implement long term fixes and improvements
• Ensure proper documentation of technical designs APIs and key implementation details to support knowledge sharing and maintainability
• Champion best practices in security performance optimization and scalability across the full stack
