Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports
• The ideal candidate should have strong data modeling visualization and analytical skills to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support business decisions

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop publish and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Work with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements
• Design and implement data models DAX calculations and KPIs
• Extract transform and load ETL data from multiple data sources
• Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy
• Create interactive visualizations and drill down reports
• Integrate Power BI with various data sources SQL Server Excel APIs etc
• Schedule data refreshes and manage Power BI Service
• Troubleshoot and resolve data reporting issues
• Follow best practices in data governance security and access control

Technical Requirements:

• Strong experience in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
• Proficiency in DAX Data Analysis Expressions
• Experience with data modeling and star schema design
• Good knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
• Experience working with Excel Azure or other data platforms
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Azure Data Factory Synapse Databricks
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis optional
• Certifications like
• Microsoft Certified PL 300 Power BI Data Analyst
• Experience in an Agile environment

Additional Responsibilities:

• 2 5 years of experience in Power BI or related BI tools adjust based on role
• Knowledge of SSIS SSRS
• Understanding of business domains Finance Sales Healthcare etc
• Experience with large datasets and performance tuning

Preferred Skills:
