- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end Java full stack applications using Java on the backend and Angular on the frontend. 2. Lead technical design discussions, create high-level and low-level designs, and ensure alignment with architectural standards. 3. Write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards. 4. Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure overall code quality and consistency across the team. 5. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and UX teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. 6. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across both backend and frontend layers. 7. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack in a timely manner. 8. Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning, ownership, and continuous improvement. 9. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies, ensuring predictable and high-quality delivery. 10. Integrate RESTful APIs and services, ensuring robust communication between frontend and backend components. 11. Ensure proper unit testing and integration testing coverage for critical modules and features. 12. Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and smooth deployments to various environments.
