- Bachelor's degree in B.E, B.Tech, BCA, or BSC from a recognized institution, or equivalent practical experience.
- 9–15 years of overall software development experience with a strong focus on web technologies.
- Extensive hands-on experience (9+ years) in Drupal development, including custom module development, theming, and site building.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing Drupal sites on Pantheon, including environment management and deployments.
- Strong proficiency in PHP with solid understanding of object-oriented programming and modern PHP practices.
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring development teams on medium to large-scale Drupal projects.
- Solid understanding of web standards, security best practices, and performance optimization for Drupal applications. Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a senior or lead Drupal developer delivering enterprise-grade, multi-site, or high-traffic Drupal implementations.
- Experience designing Drupal architectures that leverage configuration management, custom entities, and advanced caching strategies.
- Strong background in integrating Drupal with third-party systems (RESTful APIs, authentication providers, marketing tools, or CRM platforms) using PHP-based integrations.
- Hands-on experience optimizing Drupal and Pantheon for performance (caching, CDN usage, database tuning, and code-level optimizations).
- Demonstrated ability to define and implement development workflows including branching strategies, code review processes, and CI/CD pipelines on Pantheon or similar platforms.
- Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams to translate designs into responsive, accessible Drupal themes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Experience in agile environments, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
