Job Description:

• An experienced Data Analytics Architecture Manager responsible for defining governing and overseeing enterprise data solution architectures across multiple business domains and product teams
• The role ensures scalable secure and high quality data solutions by driving architecture governance leading design decisions managing architecture resources and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders
• This position combines architecture leadership governance vendor management and stakeholder engagement to ensure data platforms and solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture Governance
• Define and govern end to end data solution architecture
• Review and approve architecture designs and technical decisions
• Establish architecture guardrails principles and best practices
• Ensure solutions meet security scalability reliability and compliance requirements
• Lead architecture review boards and design forums
• Solution Architecture
• Drive solution architecture for enterprise data and analytics initiatives
• Define integration approaches and architectural patterns
• Oversee data platform design and technology selection
• Review non functional requirements including performance resiliency and security
• Guide architectural decisions throughout the project lifecycle
• Vendor Resource Management
• Manage external architects consultants and vendor teams
• Drive vendor governance performance management and cost optimization
• Allocate architecture resources across projects and initiatives
• Support workforce planning and architecture capacity management
• Leadership Capability Development
• Mentor and coach architects and technical teams
• Support architecture capability development and knowledge sharing
• Promote adoption of architecture standards and reusable patterns
• Establish best practices across architecture communities
• Stakeholder Management
• Partner with business leaders product owners engineering managers and technology teams
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions
• Drive alignment between architecture strategy and business priorities
• Present architecture recommendations to senior leadership

Technical Requirements:

• Expertise expected
• Strong data analytics architecture expertise with hands on credibility on modern cloud platforms e

• Azure ADF Databricks ADLS lakehouse and distributed data processing
• Mastery of ingestion sharing patterns data modeling and non functional requirements security scalability resilience
• Ability to reason across a product perimeter and to arbitrate complex high impact architecture decisions
• Leadership positioning
• Proven experience steering external architects and deciding autonomously within standards
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and servant leadership skills
