About The Role
The IT&D Senior Business Analyst, Rewards & Benefits is part of the IT&D HR team, a team responsible for the design, delivery and sustenance of all IT&D Continuous Improvement (CI), medium-sized projects and major programmes in HR function.
The role supports the strategic alignment of HR technology with business objectives, ensuring the successful delivery of IT & Digital (IT&D) initiatives.
The role reports to the IT&D Senior Product Manager, Rewards & Benefits, to support the development of processes and template standards for changes to HR Systems & Solutions. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will analyse and optimise end‑user journeys, assess required process and data changes, and ensure proposed solutions effectively meet business needs.
Your responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to streamline and simplify the HR systems landscape
- Facilitate requirements workshops, perform fit‑gap analysis, and document functional specifications
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories aligned with product roadmaps
- Analyse HR data structures to ensure solution changes maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy
- Develop and maintain solution blueprints to promote consistent HR technology implementations
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure proposed solutions align with technology standards
- Collaborate with Product Managers and delivery teams to refine backlog items and support sprint planning
- Collaborate with delivery teams and vendors to ensure designs meet business and technical standards
- Support testing activities, including validation against functional requirements and solution templates
Accountabilities
- Ensure consistency, optimisation and effective governance of HR systems and solution templates across Reckitt.
The experience we're looking for
7+ years of experience in managing and implementing HR Reward solutions
- Knowledge of HR processes (EE life cycle management, rewards, pay review processes, bonus processes etc.) is a must
- Experience working with internal and external applications environment
- Excellent knowledge of HR SaaS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD or equivalent HR technology ecosystems
- Proven track record of expertise of supporting complex change and multi-disciplinary projects
- Extensive experience working with cross functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) and 3rd party providers
- Able to build and maintain strong and effective relationships
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Critical thinker and ability to demonstrate logical approach to problem solving
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills particularly at senior levels of an organisation
- Able to balance work/life and balance competing demands
- Able to deal with conflict and mediate
- Able to deal with ambiguity and cope with change
The skills for success
Technical / Professional Qualifications:
- Educated in Business discipline or Computer Science to degree level, or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office Suite to Proficient level
