The IT&D Solution Architect is accountable for proactively and holistically driving solution design activities within the product teams, ensuring alignment with the overall Enterprise Architecture and product stream strategy. The Solution Architect provides the necessary technical leadership, analysis and design tasks related to the development of a product or a set of products within a product group. S/He partners closely with DevOps/development teams to secure that the value planned will be delivered in the most optimal way according to the product strategy and the overall value for money objectives linked to the IT strategy. The Solution Architect is also accountable for supervising the design as well as the integration execution within the scope of their product(s), collaborating with the integration platform team. S/He owns solution architecture specification(s).
Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Use problem-solving skills, technical expertise to design, architect, develop & document high-end technology solutions that solve most complex and challenging problems across different projects on Azure, On-Premises or SaaS.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the design and deployment life cycle and focus on delivery with quality.
- Lead technical discussions and build consensus among all stakeholders including vendors.
- Provide technical architecture consultancy and design for projects.
- Coordinate with the product owners to identify future needs and requirements.
SKILL
Skills
- 10+ Years of experience required in enterprise applications, integration & Solution Designing.
- Proven track record of delivering new products and services in a fast-paced, dynamic environment especially in CPG or healthcare organizations.
- Deep technical experience in infrastructure design including On-premises, private and public cloud, networking, virtualization, storage & Integration Services (MuleSoft, API Management).
- Experience in designing, deploying single or multi-tier applications in compliance focussed industries.
- Experience in modernization of workloads in on-premises data centers & cloud platforms like Azure.
- Experience in building and deploying Azure resources using IaaC(Terraform, ARM/Bicep)
- Experience in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps to deploy both infrastructure and applications.
- Proven expertise in Design and architect multi-tier Cloud only / Hybrid network, infrastructure, integrations.
- Knowledge on Security services and Identity services like Encryption, Active Directory, RBAC, NSGs / ASGs, firewall policies, etc.
- Knowledge on Azure Networking services (e.g., VNETs, Load Balancers, Front Door, ExpressRoute, Traffic Manager, Content Delivery Network).
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree (B. E, B.Tech)
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Mandatory)
- Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (preferable)
