Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain end to end web applications using Java Spring Spring Boot and modern front end frameworks like React and Angular
- Implement RESTful APIs and microservice based components ensuring high performance security and scalability
- Develop responsive intuitive UI components and pages integrating them seamlessly with backend services
- Collaborate with product owners architects and QA to refine requirements estimate effort and deliver high quality features in iterative Agile sprints
- Write clean testable and maintainable code following coding standards code reviews and best practices
- Integrate and deploy applications on AWS leveraging cloud native services where applicable
- Troubleshoot debug and optimize applications across the stack to improve reliability and performance
- Contribute to technical design and architecture discussions proposing improvements and new approaches
- Mentor and guide junior developers sharing best practices in full stack development and Agile delivery
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies stand ups sprint planning retrospectives and foster a collaborative team culture
- Minimum Qualifications
- Education Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field BTech BE ME MCA BCA MSc BSc
- Experience 9 12 years of hands on experience in Java Full Stack Development
- Strong proficiency in Java with solid experience using Spring and Spring Boot for backend development
- Practical experience with React and or Angular for building modern responsive web interfaces
- Proven experience in end to end application development including design coding testing and deployment
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and participation in Agile development teams
- Solid understanding of RESTful services JSON and web application architecture
