Job Description:

• Infosys is seeking a Network Engineer with hands on experience in CISCO Routing and Switching technologies and Meraki cloud managed networking
• This Candidate will be a key player to oversee the delivery of network services across client environments
• This role involves maintenance of enterprise network solutions managing service performance and driving continuous improvement in network operations
• Also will support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape

Key Responsibilities:

• At least 8 years of Information Technology experience
• Experience in CISCO Routing and Switching Meraki ACI SDWAN
• Experience with Meraki WLAN infrastructure in large scale global deployments
• Experience in troubleshooting complex network outages to aid our network operations teams as needed in the edge access network domain SDWAN switch router and its dependent systems
• Perform and own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for supported environments
