59 years of experience in managing innovation programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and enabling ventures/startups to scale
Prior experience working with startup incubator/accelerator or corporate venture programs
Strong communication and team player
Good background in research and business analysis
Familiarity with emerging Technology and Industry trends
Ability to appreciate the application of emerging technologies.
Liaise with Cross-Functional Enablement Teams: Collaborate with teams such as Procurement, Recruitment, IT Support, IP, Immigration, HR, and other enabling functions to ensure timely support for venture requirements
Manage the Intrapreneurship Program Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end process of idea sourcing, shortlisting, onboarding selected teams into the incubator, and mobilizing resources to help ventures achieve their business goals
Establish and Improve Processes: Develop operational processes and continuously identify opportunities for optimization to enhance efficiency and scalability
Monitor Metrics and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), maintain dashboards, and prepare reports and presentations to deliver actionable insights for leadership decision-making
Support Innovation Programs and Events: Assist in planning and executing innovation-related events, internal programs, and incubation initiatives to foster technological advancements and strategic growth
Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability
Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
