Job Title: IT Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct IT audits to assess effectiveness of controls and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

• Perform and support Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) activities.

• Manage and track security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and reporting.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate IT and security risks.

• Support implementation and maintenance of ISO standards and ISMS frameworks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT security posture.

• Review IT infrastructure and perform network security audits.

• Experience working in regulated environments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT auditing, compliance, or information security.

• Hands-on experience in VAPT, incident management, and risk management.

• Working knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 27001) and ISMS practices.

• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and network security principles.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Good to have:

• Relevant certifications (CISA, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, etc.)
