IT CMDB, ITAM_JL5

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the IT CMDB strategy design implementation daily operations and adoption
• Act as subject matter expert for
• Configuration Items discovery
• Service mapping
• Hardware Asset management Software Asset Management including lifecycle
• Define maintain and govern relationships between Configuration Items through automated and manual processes
• Ensure completeness integrity and accuracy of CMDB data
• Coordinate CMDB implementation with the ServiceNow platform owner and external vendors
• Manage CMDB integrations with third party tools e
• g
• Intune monitoring solution
• Define KPIs identify gaps and drive continuous improvement actions
• Enable and support other ITSM processes especially Incident and Change Management
• Collaborate with IT Security IT Enterprise Architecture External Service Providers Regional IT Finance and Business Solutions teams
• Drive CMDB adoption internally and externally through communication documentation training procedures and best practices
• Support Incident Management activities when required
