ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements and identify areas for improvement and innovation related to Supply Chain Logistics & Distribution processes, including but not limited to, Customer Service (Sales and Distribution), Inventory Management, Transportation Management, and Warehouse Management.

Drive the implementation and integration of new IT solutions and platforms for supply chain processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.

Provide training, support, and documentation to end-users to ensure effective utilization of implemented/to-be implemented IT systems and tools.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and partners, evaluating modern technologies and solutions to support business objectives. Collaborate closely with vendor partners to design, develop, and implement IT solutions that meet business needs, including software applications, system enhancements, and integrations.

Facilitate ongoing support and maintenance for relevant IT systems, addressing user inquiries, resolving issues, and implementing enhancements as needed.

Collaborate with vendors and external partners to evaluate and integrate third-party solutions or technologies.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain logistics and IT, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

Academic

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Professional

12-15 years of relevant experience in IT Business Partner or similar roles, with a focus on Supply Logistics processes

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Experience working in the FMCG industry. Experience in Frozen Foods or Ice Cream industry will be a plus.

Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation initiatives within Supply Logistics domain, with a strong understand of relevant business KPI's

Deep understanding of supply chain processes, including Sales and Distribution, Inventory Management, Transportation Management, and Warehouse Management.

Proficiency in ERP, WMS and TMS solutions. Exposure to SAP, and SAP SD in particular, will be a plus

Proven experience implementing systems and solutions in Supply Logistics areas as mentioned above.

Familiarity with emerging technologies and their applications in Supply Logistics

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and result-driven approach to problem-solving.
