About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented IT Sales Calling Executive who can generate business through outbound calling. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their requirements, pitching our IT services, and converting prospects into qualified leads and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients.
- Introduce and pitch our IT services professionally.
- Identify client requirements and business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
- Schedule meetings/demos with potential clients.
- Handle basic objections and negotiate with prospects.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales/technical team for requirements and proposals.
- Work towards monthly lead, meeting and sales targets.

Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, IT sales, B2B sales or lead generation.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong sales mindset can also apply.
- Good Hindi & English communication skills.
- Confident and persuasive communication.
- Ability to handle rejection and follow up regularly.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of IT services is preferred.
