IT Business Analyst​ ERP Warehouse & Transportation

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst specializing in ERP systems for Warehouse and Transportation. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our ERP solutions, ensuring they align with our operational needs and contribute to overall business efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to ERP systems for Warehouse and Transportation operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective ERP solutions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the system meets business needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
• Create detailed documentation of processes, workflows, and system configurations.
• Monitor and evaluate system performance and suggest enhancements for optimization.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, specifically in ERP systems focusing on Warehouse and Transportation.
• Strong understanding of ERP software functionalities and their application in supply chain management.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
