Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of banking operations, including payments processing (SWIFT), clearing and settlement, and back-office systems.
Experience in IT integration projects, with solid understanding of APIs, system interfaces, and cross-system dependencies.
Strong business analysis capabilities, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation with business stakeholders.
Proven ability to translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and solution requirements.
Experience supporting testing activities, including preparation of test scenarios, coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect management.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, validation, and reconciliation.
Ability to analyze system issues and support incident investigation and resolution in collaboration with technical teams.
