IT Business Analyst SAP S4HANA Clinical Supply
Role Summary
The IT Business Analyst supports solution design for a specific business capability within the SAP S4HANA IT Design Team. The role focuses on Clinical Supply processes under the Enterprise Process Owner domain and ensures alignment between business process design SAP solution design and SAP data objects.
You will own the solution design for your process area during global design and deployment phases ensuring integration across business processes SAP configuration and data structures. You will document test and govern the global standard solution and support localization while maintaining fit to standard best practice.
Key Responsibilities
Support the IT solution design for global standard processes including integrations
Provide SAP data expertise including data models table structures CDS views and data lineage tracing
Support data migration and creation of SAP data objects
Align business process design with S4HANA best practices and standard functionality
Map SAP data objects to application interfaces
Represent the process domain in governance and senior forums
Work with architecture and integration teams to ensure strategic alignment
Document test and manage RAID items according to compliance standards
Prioritize activities in line with deployment strategy
Potentially lead and mentor other Business Analysts
Scope
Global remit covering all AstraZeneca countries with collaboration across multiple regions.
Essential Requirements
Knowledge of pharmaceutical clinical supply chain warehousing and distribution
Experience delivering complex design in large transformation programs
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
SAP data proficiency including tables and CDS views
Desirable
SAP S4HANA certification
Experience in global S4HANA implementations
Knowledge of clinical supply processes
Experience with SAP Intelligent Clinical Supply Management
Experience working in hybrid global environments
Skills
Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills
Ability to manage large cross functional teams
Knowledge of JIRA Smartsheets Solman MS Office
Understanding of SAP S4HANA configuration and roadmap
