Position: IT Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Define business requirements and propose suitable solutions for mobile and web application development projects.
- Handle proposal writing, requirement gathering, UML, use-case diagrams, DFD, and effort estimation.
- Analyze project scope, extract key features, and prepare detailed SRS documents and wireframes.
- Manage the discovery phase, including wireframes and FRD creation, and oversee project progress through to deployment with the development team.
- Collaborate closely with onsite sales and marketing teams to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction.
Skills & Requirements
- 12 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in mobile/web application development services is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of BRD, FRD, and report/documentation writing.
- Experience in both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of requirement gathering and documentation processes.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones.
