You will act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, handling process interdependencies and contributing significantly to the design of effective solutions. The Opportunity
Lead end-to-end business analysis workstreams independently, navigating complex problems and emerging ambiguity to deliver high-impact results.
Bridge the gap between site-specific needs and MES CORE objectives, ensuring efficient recipe authoring and strict verification processes.
Drive root cause analysis and domain research to solve intricate business problems and propose creative solution improvements.
Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to diverse stakeholders, facilitating workshops and aligning project goals with business needs.
Translate complex requirements into implementation plans, influencing tactical decisions and contributing to long-term solution roadmaps.
Ensure global compliance and quality by aligning all MES activities with industry regulations like FDA, EMA, GMP, and GAMP5.
Manage solution interdependencies at a product level, evaluating immediate and long-term implications for the broader manufacturing environment.
Mentor and empower junior and intermediate Business Analysts, actively shaping team methodologies and the broader Community of Practice.
Who you are
Educated Professional: You hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Experienced Analyst: You possess 5+ years of Business Analysis or Consultancy experience specifically within the life sciences, medical, or pharmaceutical sectors.
MES Expert: You bring a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems, with a preference for Rockwell PharmaSuite.
Strategic Thinker: You have a proven track record of independently managing workstreams and translating requirements into strategic implementation plans.
Technical Specialist: You are proficient in requirements elicitation, MES configuration, recipe structuring, and execution within highly regulated environments.
Collaborative Leader: You exhibit exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and define engagement strategies across functional areas.
Continuous Improver: You are a proactive professional dedicated to mentoring others and contributing to organizational development through Communities of Practice.
