Title: IT Business Analyst – (Sharepoint & Powerapps)

Role overview:
We are looking for a driven and solution-oriented IT Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives across corporate functions.
This role requires a strong mix of business analysis skills and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint & Power Platform).
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, Legal, Communications, and other corporate teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Document business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE), workflows, BRDs, and functional specifications
- Design and support implementation of solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Work closely with developers and power users to build and test solutions
- Support UAT and ensure smooth user adoption
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and change management activities
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise governance standards
- Document integration requirements and optimize configurations
Required Experience
- 4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Experience in digital transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience with requirement gathering, solution design, and UAT coordination
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience working with corporate functions (HR, Legal, Communications)
- Hands-on exposure to low-code/no-code platforms
- Experience in enterprise environments
