About The Role

As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in understanding and transforming supply chain processes to optimize efficiency and drive innovation within the organization.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from supply chain stakeholders including logistics, operations, and planning teams.
  • Document functional requirements, user stories, and business process flows to maintain transparency and clarity.
  • Conduct process analysis to identify optimization and automation opportunities that enhance overall performance.
  • Support the implementation of digital solutions for supply chain platforms and enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications and system enhancements.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement validation sessions to ensure alignment and engagement.
  • Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution validation to confirm that deliverables meet business needs.
  • Monitor solution adoption and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • The position requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.

About You

You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes, including Order Management, Logistics, and Procurement. With 2 to 6 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant, you bring expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Your adaptability and critical thinking ensure you thrive in a fast-paced environment, where your contributions can lead to impactful solutions.

Your professional skills:

  • Possess a strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes, including Order Management, Logistics, and Inventory.
  • Have proven experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation to deliver quality outputs.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in process modeling tools such as Visio, BPMN, and Lucidchart for clear and structured visualizations.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications that guide technology implementation.
  • Exhibit strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges.

Your soft skills:

  • Exhibit a proactive problem-solving approach to identify and address potential issues swiftly.
  • Utilize critical thinking to evaluate options and make informed decisions that align with business goals.
