Key Responsibiliti
- esPartner with business stakeholders to understand, analyse, and document requirements for lending platforms and related system
- s.Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, user stories, process flows, wireframes, and system diagram
- s.Work closely with technology teams to translate business needs into practical system solutions aligned with organizational goal
- s.Conduct gap analysis across existing lending processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experienc
- e.Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather, validate, and prioritize requirement
- s.Support solution design, system configuration, testing, and implementation activitie
- s.Lead User Acceptance Testing, coordinate defect resolution, and conduct post-implementation review
- s.Stay informed on lending industry trends, regulatory changes, and evolving digital lending practice
s.Required Skills and Competenci
- esStrong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skill
- s.Good understanding of lending products, loan origination systems, and regulatory compliance requirement
- s.Hands-on experience with LOS platforms such as FinnOne, Salesforce, Pennant, or similar application
- s.Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and SQ
- L.Proficiency in JIRA, MS Office, and data visualization or reporting tool
- s.Ability to engage confidently with business and technology stakeholder
- s.Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skill
