Role Summary
We are hiring an IT Business Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to own requirement analysis and documentation for mobile and web projects, support discovery and estimation, and liaise with cross-functional teams. Strong hands-on use of AI tools for analysis, documentation, and productivity is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and client workshops; translate requirements into BRD/FRD/SRS.
- Create UML diagrams, use cases, DFDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare wireframes and functional specifications during discovery phase.
- Conduct scope analysis, feature extraction, and effort estimation.
- Coordinate with development, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment.
- Track project progress and flag risks; ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Support pre-sales by analyzing requirements and drafting proposals.
- Maintain clear client communication during post-sales support.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, wireframing, and proposal creation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis within IT services, product, or agency environments.
- Proven experience preparing BRD, FRD, SRS, and related documentation.
- Strong knowledge of UML diagrams, use cases, DFDs, and wireframing.
- Experience with requirement gathering, solution analysis, and estimation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable coordinating with global teams across time zones.
- Mandatory hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Lovable, etc.) for research, documentation, and productivity.
Preferred
- Experience with mobile/web application projects and agile delivery.
- Familiarity with wireframing tools and documentation tools.
