Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering and Documentation

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed functional requirements.
  • Develop clear and concise documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Identify gaps and propose solutions to optimize workflows and system interactions.



Solution Design and Analysis

  • Analyze and document customer journeys and system interactions within the E-commerce ecosystem.
  • Understand and outline high-level system interactions across platforms, including OMS, CRM, Payment gateways, and loyalty engines.
  • Design workflows for specific scenarios



Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with development teams, architects, and third-party vendors to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather input, validate solutions, and address challenges related to system functionality.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, clarify requirements, and manage expectations.



Testing and Validation

  • Support the testing phase by validating that implemented solutions meet business requirements.
  • Assist in reviewing test cases and scenarios for user acceptance testing (UAT).





The Successful Applicant

QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in E-commerce, with exposure to platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
Strong understanding of E-commerce dependencies, including OMS, CRM, Payment gateways, and WMS.
Experience in documenting functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
Ability to analyze workflows and propose efficient solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
Preferred Skills

Familiarity with API integrations and middleware solutions.
Knowledge of loyalty programs and multi-channel customer experiences.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., SNOW, Confluence)Relevant experience- 8-10 yearsLocation- Hyderabad
